Chocolate Salami is the perfect snack to go with a cup of coffee. Here’s a no-fail recipe.
2 cups dark chocolate, melted
3 tbsp butter, melted
3 tbsp whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
Cashew nuts, roughly chopped
Pistachio, roughly chopped
NuVita Digestive Biscuits, roughly chopped
Icing sugar, for garnishing
In a bowl, mix together melted chocolate, butter and whipping cream until combined.
Add sugar, cashew nuts, pistachio and biscuits and mix well.
Layer a piece of cling film on a flat surface and empty out the chocolate mixture onto it. Place it in the centre and roll it into a tight log. Let chill in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
Sprinkle icing sugar over the log and coat all over. Slice and serve.
