Pasta Sandwich
Left over pasta makes for the best pasta sandwich. This is one of the quickest lunch ideas and is great with a lot of different toppings. I used some left over pasta in tomato sauce and added fresh vegetables to liven it up a little. Personalize this sandwich with your preferred toppings and let me know how you liked it.

My version of these Kenyan style masala chips takes the ordinary chips to a whole new level. They are saucy and spicy, yet crispy.
