Fried rice is my favourite meal to make when I have left over rice and some fish in the freezer. I love the simplicity of this recipe and love the flavours of the fish with rice. And best of everything, it takes under 15 minutes to make.
This lemon butter fish is a so easy to make and requires only a handful of ingredients, and the result is a flaky fried fish swimming in a pool of a buttery tangy sauce and served with a fragrant parsley rice.
We Kenyan’s love our fish and why should we not? We get fresh Tilapia fish from Lake Victoria in the Nyanza province. This Fried fish with tomato gravy is served with a Kenyan staple, Ugali. The fish is deep fried until crispy and coated with a thick tomato gravy.
I love this classic combination of fish fingers and chips with my easy peasy tartar sauce. I do sometimes go the long way and make some mayonnaise from scratch, but sometimes I like to cheat too. So this is my quick and simple version, yet so delicious!
