It’s always hard to imagine spaghetti in a dessert. But this spaghetti kheer is the only dessert recipe you will ever need. It is rich and creamy and the spaghetti takes on this sweet flavour really well.
100gms Daawat Blue Label Spaghetto
2 tbsp butter
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 tbsp grated almonds
Heat butter in a pot. Break the spaghetti into 4 equal pieces and add to the pot. Add milk and water. Cover and let cook for 15 minutes.
Add sugar, cardamom powder, mix and let cook for 5 minutes.
Add grated almonds, mix and serve!
