
Peanut Butter Ladoo
My peanut butter ladoo (balls) use less than 5 ingredients, which make it the ideal dessert for those weekend parties or festive occasions.

Ingredients
1 cup gram flour
300 gms Nuteez Crunchy Peanut Butter
3/4 cup icing sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
Melted chocolate, for garnishing
Instructions

Dry roast the gram flour in a pan for 10-12 minutes while continuously stirring or until it turns light brown. Take it out in a large bowl.

Use a spatula to mix in the peanut butter until you can't see any more dry flour in the bowl.

Use your hands to mix in the icing sugar and cinnamon powder. Take approximately 2 tbsp of the mixture in your palm and press firmly. Use your other palm to roll it into a bowl. Repeat with the rest of the mixture.

Drizzle melted chocolate over the balls and chill for 1-2 minutes. Serve.
