
Oat & Berry Milkshake
All you need in the Nairobi heat these days is an oat and berry milkshake. It is perfect for those quick or lazy mornings and keeps you full until lunch. Definitely a guilt free shake!

Ingredients
1/3 cup NuVita Whole Grain Porridge Oats
4 scoops vanilla ice cream
1/2 cup mixed berries
1 cup milk
Instructions

Dry roast the oats in a pan for 3-4 minutes or until lightly toasted.

Add it into a blender with the rest of the ingredients and blend.

Pour the milkshake into a tall glass, top with a scoop of ice cream and some more berries. Enjoy cold.
