Fish Fried Rice
Fried rice is my favourite meal to make when I have left over rice and some fish in the freezer. I love the simplicity of this recipe and love the flavours of the fish with rice. And best of everything, it takes under 15 minutes to make.

Ingredients
2 cups Daawat Basmati Rice, cooked/left over
150 gms fish fillet, chopped
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tbsp all purpose flour
4 tbsp soy sauce
4 tbsp oil
2 eggs
Freshly ground black pepper
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp spring onions, chopped
Instructions
1
In a bowl, mix together fish, corn starch, all purpose flour and soy sauce. Once coated, fry the fish in the oil for 2 minutes and then take it out on a kitchen towel.

Add the eggs in the wok and stir until scrambled. Add the garlic and stir again. Add the cooked and cooled rice and soy sauce and stir. Add the fish and spring onions, stir and serve.
