Chocolate & Banana Frozen Yoghurt (4 ingredients)
This tangy, homemade, 4 ingredient low-fat Chocolate and Banana frozen Yoghurt makes for the best guilt-free dessert.
2 bananas, chopped and frozen
1/4 cup yoghurt (unflavoured)
2 tbsp honey
1/3 cup cocoa powder
Blend together all ingredients for 3-4 minutes or until creamy.
Place into a container and let sit in the freezer for a minimum of 5-6 hours or preferably overnight.
Scoop and eat away without feeling guilty!
