Caramel Nut Brownie Sundae
Fluffy brownies crumbled into a tall glass with generous scoops of Caramel Nut Ice cream and a drizzle of Chocolate Sauce makes this Caramel Nut Brownie Sundae one that you will crave for.
150 gms Chocolart Real Milk Chocolate, cut into pieces
125 gms margarine, melted
3 eggs, beaten
1 tsp vanilla essence
3/4 cup plain flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
1 cup sugar

For the brownie: In a bowl, add the chocolate pieces and melt in 3 20second intervals in the microwave. Make sure to stir in between each interval. This ensures the chocolate doesn't get burnt and melts evenly.
Add the margarine and eggs and mix well using a whisk. Add vanilla essence, plain flour, cocoa powder, sugar and salt and mix until well combined.
Line a square 9 inch pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter in the pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 30 minutes.
Once cool, slice the brownies into square blocks. Crumble 1 block into a tall sundae glass. Top with 3 scoops of Caramel with Nuts Ice cream and a drizzle of chocolate sauce. Repeat until the glass is full to the top. Enjoy!
