
Asparagus & Parmesan Pasta
Asparagus has actually become one of my favourite healthy vegetable in my kitchen that I am really enjoying pairing with some pasta. This asparagus and parmesan pasta is extremely simple to make and makes for a hearty lunch.

Ingredients
A bunch of asparagus, trimmed
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
5 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp chili flakes
Freshly ground black pepper
300 gms Daawat Fusilli Pasta, cooked
Grated parmesan cheese
Instructions

Trim the ends of the asparagus and cut it into small pieces.

In a pot, add butter and olive oil and let heat. Add the garlic and chili flakes and stir. Add the asparagus and salt and cook for 4-6 minutes.

Add the boiled pasta and pepper and stir. Grate the parmesan cheese on it, mix it in and serve.
