In this simple recipe that is quite famous around the internet, I brown my meat before I add all the ingredients to the pot. I’ve always liked to create layers of flavour to my dishes and although it’s a one-pot wonder, I wasn’t going to take the easy way and boil my meat along with all the ingredients, so here is my version.
