Sukuma Wiki Plus

I love a simple Sukuma Wiki with Ugali and can eat it over and over again every day. This Sukuma Wiki Plus is enriched with the new Iron Fortified Royco Beef Cubes to get your iron up and tastes amazing. For Vegetarians, skip the cubes and add salt instead.

Sukuma-Wiki-Plus

Ingredients

1 bunch sukuma wiki
1 bunch spinach
4 tbsp oil
2 onions, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
2 Royco Iron Fortified Beef Cubes

Instructions

Wash the sukuma wiki and spinach leaves and trim the hard long stem. Use a knife to shred the leaves.

Heat oil in a sufuria and add the onions. Cook for 1 minute or until translucent. Add the tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the sukuma wiki and spinach leaves and crumble 2 Royco cubes in it. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Serve with Ugali and meat of your choice.
