Cookie-Flower-Pops

Ingredients

2 packets NuVita Apple & Cinnamon Cookies, crushed
4 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Melted white chocolate
Extra Chocolate Chips for sprinkling

Instructions

1
In a bowl, mix together finely crushed cookies, peanut butter and chocolate chips.
2
Using an ice cream scoop, scoop some of the mixture into your palms (approximately 1 tbsp of the mix). Press it firmly in your palms until it sticks together and then lightly roll into a ball.
3
Dip the end of a wooden skewer in melted white chocolate and gently pierce it into the cookie ball. Let set for a few minutes.
4
Dip the cookie ball into melted white chocolate, tap the skewer to get rid of the excess, sprinkle chocolate chips all around it and place in standing in a jar to let the chocolate harden.
5
Once the chocolate has dried up and become solid, serve in a jar.
